Cancellation Policy
We do not charge for cancellations made 5 hours or more before your appointment time.
For cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, we will do our best to fill your appointment slot. If we are unable to fill it, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged as a late-cancellation fee.
We work in 30-minute appointment increments. While we will try to accommodate late arrivals, if your arrival time overlaps with our next scheduled appointment, we may not be able to see you and the appointment may be subject to the late-cancellation charge.
